IHNC Comprehensive Clinical Nutrition & Adherence Program™
Six Months of Personalized Clinical Nutrition Care Designed to Help You Put Your Plan Into Practice
Nutrition care should go beyond receiving recommendations and being left to figure out how to make them work on your own.
The IHNC Comprehensive Clinical Nutrition & Adherence Program™ provides six months of personalized clinical nutrition care, laboratory-informed guidance, meal-planning support, progress monitoring, and structured nutrition adherence support.
Our approach is designed not only to help you understand your nutrition needs, but also to help you identify and address the everyday barriers that can make following a nutrition plan difficult.
Whether you are managing a nutrition-related health condition, working to improve metabolic health, addressing nutrient concerns, or simply need a more structured and personalized approach to nutrition, your care plan is developed around your individual health needs, goals, lifestyle, and circumstances.
Your Six-Month Program Includes
-
Comprehensive Initial Clinical Nutrition Assessment
A detailed review of your health history, nutrition intake, lifestyle, goals, current concerns, medications and supplements, available laboratory results, and factors that may affect your ability to follow nutrition recommendations. -
Five Monthly Follow-Up Consultations
Scheduled throughout your six-month program to evaluate progress, address concerns, review adherence, and adjust your nutrition strategy when appropriate. -
One Advanced Laboratory Assessment
One clinically appropriate advanced laboratory assessment is included in your six-month program. Testing is selected by IHNC based on your individual nutrition needs, health history, clinical presentation, and goals. Laboratory findings are reviewed within the scope of clinical nutrition care and incorporated into your personalized nutrition strategy when appropriate. If a higher-cost specialty test is clinically indicated beyond the laboratory assessment included in the program, you will be informed of any additional cost before testing is ordered. -
Personalized Clinical Nutrition Care Plan
Your recommendations are developed according to your individual nutrition needs, health goals, laboratory information, dietary patterns, lifestyle, and other relevant factors. -
IHNC Nutrition Adherence Support™ We help you identify the real-world barriers that may interfere with following your nutrition plan and develop practical strategies to address them. Barriers may include time, cost, food access, work schedules, family responsibilities, stress, symptoms, food preferences, cooking limitations, or difficulty managing multiple health recommendations.
-
Integrated Meal Planning & Grocery Support
Receive personalized meal-planning resources, recipes, and organized grocery guidance through our nutrition planning platform. When available, eligible shared resources may also include Shop via Instacart™, allowing you to conveniently select a participating store, add recommended ingredients to your cart, and shop directly from your nutrition plan (delivery and/or pickup may be available). -
Professional Nutrition Intake Analysis
Food and nutrient intake may be evaluated using professional nutrition-tracking technology to identify dietary patterns, nutrient gaps, and opportunities for improvement. -
Progress & Goal Monitoring
Structured check-ins help us monitor progress, identify emerging barriers, and determine where additional support or adjustments may be needed. -
Nutrition Education & Digital Support Between Visits
Educational resources, reminders, questionnaires, trackers, and other program materials are delivered through our secure patient platform to help you stay engaged between consultations. -
Supplement Education & Professional Dispensary Access
When appropriate, we provide education regarding nutritional supplements and access to professional-grade products through our supplement dispensaries. -
End-of-Program Progress Review & Maintenance Strategy
At the conclusion of your six-month program, we review your progress and help you identify practical strategies for maintaining the changes you have made.
Program Investment: $1,695
Your program investment covers the six-month care experience and the services specifically included above.
Flexible financing options may be available through an independent third-party financing provider, subject to lender approval, eligibility, rates, and terms.
Additional laboratory testing, higher-cost specialty laboratory testing, supplements, medications, outside medical services, or services not specifically included in the program are separate unless otherwise stated.
Is This Program Right for You?
This program is intended for adults who would benefit from ongoing, individualized clinical nutrition care rather than a single nutrition consultation.
Because nutrition needs differ from person to person, the same nutrition plan or laboratory assessment is not appropriate for everyone. Your care is personalized based on your health history, nutrition needs, goals, and clinical circumstances.
Clinical Nutrition That Goes Beyond Recommendations
At IHNC, our goal is not simply to tell you what you should do.
We help you develop a plan, understand it, put it into practice, identify what may be getting in the way, and make realistic adjustments that can help you continue moving forward.

How Enrollment Works
Because this is an individualized six-month clinical nutrition program, enrollment begins with a brief Program Fit Questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed to help determine whether the program is appropriate for your needs and to ensure that you understand the level of participation and commitment involved.
After the questionnaire is reviewed, qualified applicants will receive access to a brief IHNC Program Welcome & Orientation Video explaining how the program works, what is included, what to expect during the six months, program responsibilities, payment options, and the next steps for enrollment.
The questionnaire and video are not clinical nutrition consultations and do not include individualized medical nutrition therapy or treatment recommendations. If the program is a good fit, you will receive instructions to complete enrollment and schedule your comprehensive clinical nutrition assessment.
